Wale Adekanla

Executive coach, leadership strategist and member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Wale created three proprietary frameworks, the Scalable Leadership Framework™, the ADAPTS™ Change Leadership Model and the Lead & Scale Method™, and over two decades has trained and advised more than 25,000 leaders across three continents. He also serves as a council advisor for the Strategic AI Program at Houston Christian University.

Louis Alston, III

Founder, Principal Architect & F-CTO

Louis designs enterprise-grade architecture, AI governance and model-risk compliance frameworks for highly regulated industries. Louis leads the Cohort 3 Digital Twin & AI Governance Lab, where technical teams learn to build digital twins of live assets and to stop an unsafe AI recommendation before it reaches physical equipment, because the data must be as secure as the steel.

Prof. Olusanya Elisa Olubusoye

Professor of Statistics

University of Ibadan, Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL) (opens in a new tab)

A Chartered Statistician of the Royal Statistical Society and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Ibadan’s Centre for Econometric and Allied Research, Professor Olubusoye brings decades of expertise in macroeconometric modelling, applied Bayesian analysis and statistical simulation. He teaches applied econometrics in the petroleum and energy economics curriculum of the Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL).

Craig is a leader and managing director with 20 years of experience helping businesses reach their full potential by identifying and using the resources and opportunities available to them. Earlier in his career he grew Palisade EMEA from a small, little-known business into a well-known player, with its software used by 97% of the FTSE 100 and 76% of the Fortune 500, and taught to more than 30,000 MBA students worldwide.

Doug Oldfield

Doug specialises in quantitative risk analysis and risk management. He joined Palisade, makers of @RISK, in 2008 to develop the Middle East as a new sales territory, grew it into one of Palisade’s most successful regions, and went on to grow the business in Africa, India and the United Kingdom. He has delivered more than 1,700 presentations worldwide on Monte Carlo simulation, integrated cost and schedule risk, and portfolio risk for energy megaprojects, and co-founded The Ferryfield Group in 2020.

Gustavo Vinueza

Senior Consultant

Gustavo brings over two decades of leadership in data analytics, machine learning and quantitative risk management across finance, oil and gas, insurance and construction. He manages global implementations of Safran Risk and ModelRisk, and previously served as Data Director at Betterfly and Director of Consulting and Analytics Solutions at Palisade. He holds a systems engineering degree, an MBA and a master’s in financial direction, and speaks regularly at PMI, AACE and INFORMS conferences.

Rafael Hartke

Risk Modelling Specialist

Rafael specialises in risk modelling, project valuation and analytics, with a background in oil and gas at Petrobras. A former senior trainer and consultant at Palisade, he has delivered consulting and training in more than 25 countries in English, Portuguese and Spanish, covering valuation, cash flow, Monte Carlo simulation, stochastic optimisation, forecasting and decision trees.
