This website is operated by Global Industry Leaders (“GIL”, “we”), a consortium convened by Fixcon LLC (United States). You can contact us about privacy through the contact form on this website.

When you request an invitation, we collect the details you enter: your name, job title, organisation, organisation type, country, email address, optional phone number, what you would like to explore, the programs you are interested in, the number of participants and any message you add. When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional organisation, topic and message. We also record the date and time of each submission.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to protect the site against abuse.

We use your details only to review your request or reply to your message, contact you about our programs and plan them. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in organising our programs.

Your submission is stored in a secure database (Supabase) and sent by email through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country, including in the United States. Members of the program team in the consortium can read requests in order to respond to them.

We keep invitation requests and messages for up to 24 months after the program they relate to ends, then delete them, unless you become a participant and further records are needed.

Depending on where you live, including under Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023 and the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us through the contact form on this website and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
