Leadership faculty

Executive coaching and leadership development, home of the Scalable Leadership Framework™ and the ADAPTS™ Change Leadership Model.
About
A selective platform for the executives, officials and technical leaders shaping the future of industries and institutions across the African continent.
We design invitation-only programs, forums and delegations that connect the people who make decisions about Africa’s industries with the expertise and networks they need.
Our programs are organised into series: the Oil & Gas Series, the AI Series and the GIL Critical Minerals Series. Each series has cohorts designed for a different level of the organisation, from the boardroom to the field.
Global Industry Leaders (GIL) brings together accomplished executives, strategic decision makers, senior government officials, institutional leaders and influential professionals. Participation is reserved for leaders whose expertise, standing and contribution distinguish them in their fields.
GIL is convened by an international consortium with practices in the United States, the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Each partner contributes an established specialism, from leadership development and quantitative risk analysis to AI governance and energy economics.
Each partner brings an established practice, faculty and network to every GIL program.
