GIL Technology
Most AI initiatives stall not because the technology fails, but because organisations are not led, redesigned or governed for it. This series covers the leadership needed to make AI work, the governance needed to make it safe, and the engineering needed to build it well.
Cities marked with a question mark are under consideration.
Organisations everywhere are investing in AI, and many are disappointed with the results. Pilots never reach production, staff do not adopt new tools, and boards cannot say who is accountable when an AI system makes a costly or unsafe decision.
In regulated, high-consequence industries such as energy, mining, finance and the public sector, the stakes are higher. A wrong recommendation can harm people, assets or the environment, not just a customer relationship.
The series runs as three cohorts that can be taken separately or together: one for the executives who set direction and lead change, one for the leaders who govern AI risk, and one for the developers and engineers who build AI systems. Each is built around participants’ own organisations and cases.
Dates and locations will be announced soon. Register your interest to be notified first.
Cohort 1
For executives and boards who must set direction, redesign the organisation and lead people through AI-driven change.
Cohort 2
For the leaders who answer for AI decisions: how to make AI safe, auditable and trusted in regulated, high-consequence industries.
Cohort 3
For developers and engineers who build AI into products and operations: how to design, test, secure and run AI systems that hold up in production.
